Perhaps you can edit the default.xbe itself using  a hex editor.  I've seen a few of these patched XBEs floating around the Net.  Not sure what you look for, but I'm sure it has something to do with "video mode" or "region" or something similar.

Perhaps someone here can take a look and help you patch your game.

Thats exactly whats going on. Tiger is hard set to Region 2 in the .xbe. You need to hex edit it (do a search on Worms 3D or Rolling and you will see how its done), but someone still needs to find the correct address that the region setting is located. I spent 3 hours last night hex editting that default.xbe, trying to find patterns similar to Worms and Rolling, but after 50+ tries with different .xbe edits, I had no luck. It's such a simple 1bit hex edit, takes about 10 seconds to do, IF you know what string to look for.. I hope someone will find it or tell us how to look for it ourselves if there is a general string to look for.

are there any other xbox sites that have patches for xbox games? like ps2chimps does for ps2 games.

i wouldnt even know where to begin looking for the string, but if i knew what too look for i could do it.

I used to have the same problem, then I started using UnleashX and now all my PAL games work perfectly! They don't work if I switch to Evox to use a trainer or something, I have to reboot to get them back to normal.

Its not a problem with the dash its with the xbe. All my games that are PAL (most of them are PAL) work with evox, and i have a NTSC xbox.

seriously... i was hyped to play the game and then it doesnt work on my box... i was pissed...  they need to be speedy about a fix
