So it's not even the GSI? Then there's no way in hell it's got 180hp or 200hp or whatever you said. The stock Storm is only 95hp and weight's 2357lbs!!! So unless there is an engine swap or turbo (which you said it doesn't have either) there's no way!

It's not a matter of knowing what to do, it's having the proper equipment , which costs a lot of money. There are tools out there that will give you specs on your car, but none of those $400 or so pieces of equipment will give accurate numbers. If you want the real hp numbers (and I mean at the wheels hp) you need to use a dyno. They usual cost about $130cdn for an hour of unlimited pulls.
