Game Save Help

Hey uh... i downloaded some hacked saves from codejunkies to let me be a grunt (i dont got a modchip) and i upload it proberly to my mem card using action replay but when i click on the profile it says:

"ATTENTION: Cannot load saved game from profile. Click A to continue."

What did i do wrong?
