First off, some people might not understand or see the point in doing this, but I have my reasons, so please go along with the idea or ignore it =p.  What I want to do is take an EvoX Trainer file, and patch it directly into the xbe of the game.  From what I understand, the trainer file just holds hex edits, so patching should be a simple process (however, if anyone has ideas of what exactly needs to be done and how to do this, I'd be interesting in hearing).  I will end up doing some more research and reading replies to this thread to be able to create my own program to automate this process.
