well the site is down for maintenance but when it was on I did see skin mods not sure if they been able to import new cars yet....

The most I've ever done was make the cabs and other vehicles invisible.... except for the brakes and pads... It makes it extreamly hard (unfair for you) because the car still has a solid collision model. you can get rid of the wheels and stuff.
I've only tried switching info of the cars. Not much more.
Swapping out stuff for the playable cars causes a crash if the car is ever used in a race, either by you or the pc.
