in the data folder there ar 2 folders ntsc and pal maby that tells you sum thing ??

You need to edit your post to get rid of the 'downloaded' or your getting banned.  Unzip the zip file

I did unzip and there a fuw  folders and alot of fils and scripts but i tryd playing the game also unzipt but it didnt work to ////

That zip file is supposed to be there.  If it doesn't work try using a different program to patch the default.xbe.  I had trouble getting it to run off the HD, but finally I decided to burn it and it ran perfect.
