High Heat 2004

I'm a huge High Heat fan and i know there are a ton of mods out there for the pc version, but i was wondering if anyone here has successfully modded their xbox version, or if anyone here could help me out.  The files i want to edit are .txd files...so i download the GTA txd editors and tried to mod the files that way, but when i attempted to use those edited files, the xbox couldn't read them and the game would just freeze on the loading screens.  Thanks for any suggestions or assistance anyone out there can give me.
