Unreal ed comes with Unreal Tornament. Unreal 2k3 and 2k4. Maybe also with Unreal and Unreal2. All for PC.

It most likely comes with several other PC games that use the unreal engine. Or at least some version of Unreal Ed.

UnreadEd 2.0 came with UT so that won't work
UnrealEd 3.0 is what 2004 uses and is supposedly what is required for rs3 maps
if you want unrealEd 3.0, you might wanna buy ut2004 as it's one badass game (got launch day and my install directory now 11.1GB from all the extras available) sorry got off topic but couldn't help it

it's possible that other games use modified versions of unrealEd but i dunno
i've looked into map crap with it a bit but i'm assuming i need extra plugins
i only know how to use it for ut2004 :)

to get UnrealEd, have to get the full game meaning there's no downloading it unless you download warez...BAD!!!!!
in other words....it's not freeware and it's not shareware

if i had a pc version of a rs3 map i could probably figure it out cuz i've seen xbox settings in unrealEd 3.0 before and also Unreal Championship setting which is of course is an xbox only game

well i just spent some more time trying to figure out xbox UC in hopes of accomplishing something useful
i managed to pack/unpack all textures, sounds, static meshes, karma, scripts, and misc stuff
now i just need to figure out level file structures which are basically the same format as the rs3 maps

so.....it is really easy for UnrealEd 3.0 to handle xbox formats if ya spend a lot of time and know what you're doing
well i'm off to bed, i'll try to work on it some more after work today.....maybe

...........just looked at rs3 files. the textures, animations, prefabs, and static meshes are exactly the same as UT uses and so does unreal championship after ya unpack the xboxgame.umd which contains pc structure of files to load for maps

maps in .lin which and they crash loading directly in UnrealEd without any modifying so either i'll need to find a plugin (probably rs3 for pc has this), or i'll need to convert the maps to usable format then back somehow....external of UnrealEd of course

if doesn't make any sense, sorry, i'm very tired atm so i think i'll get some sleep
