I ftp'd the backups from both OB and DB over to my pc, then swapped eeprom cfg from DB for the one from OB. The save worked on both boxes. However they would not link up as they now had the same IP and MAC. I changed them back to original on DB but it still failed to link up. Defeated I returned both boxes to normal. My conclusion is simply the game save need patching/hacking etc. I don't know how to do this and hope this post prompts someone who is qualified to sort it for us all.

If this has been done or is known about a link would be appreciated.
