You need to be more specific. Which game for starters. Most games have some sort of 3rd person built in, but your question is so poorly worded that there is no way for anyone to respond with anything other than laughter.

tsk, ur ALL wrong, the way to do it is to remove the video cable at the back so that the light starts flashing orange/green, put in an extremely scratched disk (with maybe a hint of human excrement), press the on/off button 50 times without stopping, THEN press B, A, back, start, then unplug the xbox, stamp on it a few times, then get ur elephant out of its shed and stick that on it, plug the cables back in, switch it on, and hey presto, u've made ur 3D xbox into a 2D xbox! That was what u wanted, right?

This is how I would have asked the question;

Is it possible to mod Halo so that you can play from a third person perspective instead of first person?

I've tried messing with the camera angles in HCE but had no luck.

well halo does have a 3rd person camera when you're in the warthog and other vehicles, but I don't know how or why you would want to mod it to be 3rd person all the time, its called a FIRST person shooter for a reason.... It's might be possible though.
