Probably, just look at the contents of the disc and see what is there. Some games the music is just out in the open, and some it is within a special archive.

its in some kind of wierd format and cant be played by any of the xbox media players, but i found the music already

If it can work on the PC version then you should be able to extract using tools such as NFS sound extractor or some other program.

but it the xbox one requires the pc game to extract to and i dont have it, i think their is a pc version but dont know where

Get NFS sound extractor and it should come with instructions, I think you can select the sound file.
