Pal To Ntsc Restrictions?

If I change my bloodgulch to ntsc using the ppf.  Would it be possible to use hacks that get a meta from other maps (those maps I have in pal).  For example the nuke, it get's the meta from another map but if I have this map in Pal, can I use this mod?
