It is... It's under the bitmap ui reticule huds... but I can't open them up in photoshop... Is there a plugin for these kinds? You know, sort of the like the DDS plugin...

ah i reread it... can you export the file?

just search for the extention in google and read up on what it is and look for a prog or program for it
