like more weapons... the crossbow, the battle ax, maybe ad some more? u could make the pistol a dagger, the melee animation would be sweet

Since this seems to be going slightly medieval, could try things like a mace, sword, lance (not sure about this), sling.

Change grenades to rocks, and make it so they don't explode, just damage on impact.
