I am deleting my cache on the x, y, and z drives.  I load up Halo, then reboot the system, and DL cache003.map.

After you loaded up halo, did you actually go into multiplayer and load up bloodgulch before rebooting and getting the cache file?

rg8182 has a point there
and when you delete all cache files the first mp level you start is cache003
the name doesnt matter
