You need a ppf patcher, and you apply the ppf file to the default.xbe, look in the tools section on the main site.

default.xbe? isnt this on the xbox HDD? I thought the patch would be applied to the iso file then burnt onto dvd ?

nope
but u can do it kinda
go to www.xbox-scene.com and go to tools and iso tools and get simple iso
run simple iso and extract the iso
patch the default.xbe
run simple iso and re pack it all into a xiso again
burn
