Now who'd put their shop logo in a personal backup? Wouldn't you use a personal logo?
I just used common sense and simple deduction to figure that out, man. Think about it yourself, and you'll most likely come to the same conclusion.
I don't sell backups, my friend. I don't have a DVD burner and selling copies for $10 a pop (the most you could sell a copy for) isn't worth my time. I just wouldn't reap in a large enough sum of money.
That, and it's just too damn easy and cheap to just buy a large HDD and get taught how to backup games onto.

I'll be the first to say that no one should jump to conclusions about supposed piracy (read some past threads of mine, in fact). But come on. This one is blatantly obvious as to his intentions.
If ya'll want to yell at me further about it, fine. No matter what angle you cast on it, it doesn't sound right, and I'm sticking to the most obvious of conclusions.

odb718's tutorial does explain pretty well how to change the bik videos. (I used it myself to create Rainbow SEX 3 on my friends xbox.  It's pretty hilarious to incorporate porn into a video game...)  There's one for the beginning of Halo, I think it's called intro.bik.  You could easily make a new one or just add something into the existing one.  

I wouldn't assume that he is selling backups.  (If he was, it'd be pretty fukin' dumb to put HIS logo on it.  It'd be like writing your name on every bag of weed you sell!)  
I've got a friend that runs a game shop and he has Halo tourney's there all the time.   I could see him wanting to customize the game a little.
