How To Patch Broken Sword 3 To Support Progressive

The problem is that I can only output video in progressive, as I have a x2vga and no tv. When trying to patch the game, progpatcher says something like
"Jump is too far. Trying alternate method. Unable to use alternate method. Exiting"
Is there a way to progpatch this game?
