this is my first app EVER! i JUST learned vb, er, i should say, i AM learning vb. this app doesnt really serve much of a purpose, but if u wanna customize hce's colors and whatnot, check this out. very easy to use, even for u n00bs!!! lol

in case ur wondering - ive talked to xbox war3z and a new release of HCE should be coming out shortly! i dunno about u guys but i cant wait!!!
