It looks nice so far. If you have the time and you can, maybe you should add to it more than weapons. Like see if you can change cops or cars, well anything.

Also, will this work for GTA 3 too?
How come all the threads I read seem to only be about Vice City? Is anyone trying mods or anything on GTA 3? There seems to be a lot less mods out there for GTA 3. The only ones I have found are ones to make skins and other visual things.

I'm not sure if the format is the same, i doubt it, in which case, i'll release Differnt programs for each type, or combine them all into one...Depends on what you guys want

It's getting there, althought atm i've told it only to read 5 Columns from the file.

Update :

Will now update the fields in the *.dat file, so that it's actually worthwhile!

Expect a release soon.

But for now...I'm off to bed.

Theres been quite a few tricky steps into getting it to read the weapon.dat as sometimes it's tabbed and sometimes it's just a space. But it's all sorted now.
