i used a couple dat files, i am still working on them, and trying to get a low rider, and hydrolics working. When i finish them up, ill put them up in the forum.

Make the cops not care what you do and i'll give you credit. The game designed these files to be able to be changed. Thats why there is directions inside them.

well, notepad works.

its just im having trouble, because sometimes the data dosent want to work.
