there are 6 (i think its 6) large .wmas in the /data/audio directory of vice city, ftp them to your pc and seperate them with an audio editing prog i guess, use windows movie maker if you have it, it should work.

Is there a way to use software on the pc to do this or is it mandatory that I have to unlock the xbox with a modchip or otherwise

Uf u actually search around on the web some site are still actually offering the ripped ones from the PC game. In mp3 aswell.
