thx for posting the files, gives me a good idea how you want to use the program
but uhm the big ones, with like 3, 6 or 10 times 4byte change how do you want to use lines like that?

I was gonna create a normal byte swap (4bytes maybe more) and an option swap
Name = 0xOFFSET, Option1, Value1, Option2, Value2,...

gonna improve reading so no problems anymore with spaces in the names
offset will be a normal hex offset
you'll need at least 2 options (duh) so eg on/off but it can also have more options
you wont be able to swap between the two types,
when you press the option swap you'll get new window with the different options
it will be that easy

dunno for sure the format yet, maybe better way for me to see the difference  rolleyes.gif

we should have beta of new version within a week or something  wink.gif

forgot to say that the values for the option part can be more then 4bytes wink.gif

this would be cool so we could have

Ar_zoom = 0xOFFSET, On, *************, off, ************

which would solve the problem with only being able to have 16 items per page
as we wouldnt need 10 codes to activate the mod.

I use NTSC but I'd like to see meta data swaps.
Like swaping the flag base and arrows for other items includeing vehicles.

i did this for hang em high as i done the exploit on a mates pal xbox but he has no network so it was easier for him to use HCE

hehe new HCE will finally be saved from the limits  biggrin.gif
you can use as much items as the xbox ram can take wink.gif and that's alot of items
also the names will be fixed so that longer names will be truncated
so you can have unlimited pages/items cool.gif

gonna do the same to the ppf loading so hopefully no more crashing with alot of patches

dunno if it's the same but there is a debugkeyboard example, probably for usb keyboard smile.gif
gonna look for a input type anway so you can just add items to the current page (give name, offset, value)

also working on some better things like a messagebox so I can finally show some confirmation, error, etc

you wont see much changes in the beginning but I'll be able to add alot of new stuff smile.gif

btw SF.net: Halo Cache Editor is open source now, no sources released yet but once we release them people can add stuff smile.gif

well actually he had it on my server but the server moved and didn't had time to set his account up, I have complete backup of both site and database before the server moved wink.gif

if so i could set up a server on my comp so that i would be able to use the convertor

p.s i got a little bored and modded a template i had on my comp for a bare bone site with no flashy bits but i dont think it would suit the needs of a site for HCE
