yes as well you can change the cars specs in the "handeling" file. but those are really hacks as much as changing values..  wink.gif

all he did was make it so the m4 doesnt hurt you, which is just useless cause all you have to do is fly another helicopter into the army base get out, get in the apache, and fly away. its not like its hard.

I can safely say out of the 100's of times i have used the apache, the army has never once shot at me. And if its too too too hard for you, go to the police station and get the cop uniform, and they wont shoot at you. I dont see the point in making a weapon useless.

Hey, Stop fragging him. None of you have done anything to gta vc yet so you do not have any right to sit and frag what he found. I personaly love the cop law to 0 thing because I can kill anything that moves including cops and nothing happend smile.gif

hey if you can get the handlin to work let us know... i think it may be deeper than just aht cfg filel becuase cared.exe (the gta handling editor app) also changes a few other files... ill do some more experimenting tommorow

I've done a little Halo hacking, so I kind of know what I'm doing.  I saved it, uploaded it, and deleted the cache files before doing anything but nothing happened.
