I cannot stress it enough..."it doesn't start" is possibly the worst way to get someone to help you. Try going to an auto mechanic and just saying "Yeah, I dunno. It just doesn't work."

Chances are the game isn't patched, so either patch it or use a newer BIOS.

And by the way, it would be much easier in the future if you just stuck the disc in the Xbox and used dvd2xbox or a similar program to load it directly onto the drive. I can't imagine why it made sense to FTP the files to the PC, make an ISO, extract the ISO, and FTP the files back to the Xbox.

Good Lord, please don't tell me you just FTPed the ISO straight onto the Xbox and were sitting there waiting for the game to start...and considered it copy protection....

You're supposed to burn the ISO file onto your Matrix modchip. If it doesn't work, try the 29-wire mod. Some xboxes just need 29 wires.
