i havn't tried this program yet, but reading the readme file says that the syntax needs to be

sndutil asfile mode destination

so, this would be:

sndview fspoon.mus 6 C:ssx3_music

something like that. hope this helps

I wasn't adding the sndview command "6" to the end of the filenames

at the dos prompt type

cd Music Extracted
cd data
cd audio

that will get u to your audio directory. then, if u have placed the exe file in the audio directory you would type

sndview fspoon.mus 6

pretty simple. u just need some practice in DOS.

Following what you said I can now get to the directory but when I type sndview fspoon.mus 6 I get:

" Mode forced to 6
couldn't open 'fspoon.mus' "

I thought this maybe because I have no fspoon.mus 6 in my extracted files so I tried bep.mus and nerd.mus but then the dos window just scrolls

"corrupt sound file" repeadly until I close the prompt

Any ideas why this is happening?
