The other day I went to the store and put a game on reservation so that I could get a free CD with some free missions on it for a few games I don't play (ironic hugh?).

Anyhow I got to thinking that this is a good idea and they should sell expnsion packs like this for those who don't have cable or wireless, let alone XBOX Live.

Now my question is this: I am playing a hacked version of Phantasy Star On-Line so I can play it without being on-line. I would like to download some extra content for it, but where do I get it and how do I isntall it? There are web sites up for this stuff isn't there? It would not be illegal since the content is free, and it should be possible since you can install downloadble content from a DVD/CD.

No, the content is NOT free. Users pay for Xbox Live, and thus, they pay for the content.

Well who cares if it is free anyhow.

Point is that I can install the content from the DVD to ANY XBOX, and therefore should be able to do the same with any content, if that is not the case then the content should be able to be hacked to work on any XBOX.

I have heard that you can transfer the content from one person's mem card to your XBOX, but do not know anyone with live to do this with.

Anyhow at least I got your blood boiling yet again! I love it!

uh......i can help, a lil but, i didnt really read anything but u can get some free content by getting xbox magazine they give content on there discs
