Where Can I Get The Unreal Official Patch

Hi

I would like to get the unreal championship patch but my xbox is not connected to internet. Is there a way to download the patch somewhere then ftp it to my xbox hard drive? I would like to find a guide for the settings in the ini file. I tried to switch off the FSAA in the ini file but it does not work. If you have downloaded the patch and installed it, can you tell me what are the settings of your uc.ini file? Be careful, that file is not in the folder where you installed UC, it is created in the cache (partition ysystem).
Thank you. I hope you undestand what I mean. I just want to install the patch to turn off the FSAA. I have the PAL version of Unreal championship
