If you actually own the game, you can rip out one of the last pages in the instruction manual and mail it to EA(forget the address)-but anyway they will send you a new copy of the game that does not feature the draft class bug. I work at a EB games and thats what they told us to tell customers who had problems.
This was from EA's site
"If you are having difficulty importing a draft class from NCAA 2004 for the Xbox into Madden NFL 2004 for the Xbox please send us an email to [email protected] so we can further assist you."
But I doubt u actually own the game so this probably won't help u anyway.(if you do my bad).
