Where in gods name did you get "2f4"?  As far as I know, thats not a magic value, nor a offset, nor a meta tag.  You treat it as if "2f4" is the magic for Blood Gultch, which according to "Halo Evolved's" list is: "7E06AA00" any help?  And...  shouldn'y "2834368" be "863482" when revearsed, or is "halo evolved"'s info on meta hacking really fucked up?

0x2F4 is how far into the meta for the vehicle you need to go to find that string. So, add 0x2F4 to the meta offset for the vehicle, and go to that address. And you should see the hex values given below...Treating each as a dword (4 bytes), the first is the ID as an integer...Following that, are floats, representing (in order): Top Speed (Forward), Top Speed (Reverse), Acceleration Speed, Braking Speed...Then two more integers, representing the max turning angle, first for turning the front wheels left, the other for right...
Thank dmauro / Boll for finding this string of values...
And yes, I know this is confusing...I recommend looking in your hex editor for some kind of data viewer, which will tell you the value as a float of the current dword your at, and if your extra lucky, can encode a new float over it to change its value...
