Compressing Maps
« Reply #17 on: October 01, 2003, 09:08:00 AM »

I think I did what most ppl did, start the game with whatever particular level then after starting it resetted the xbox, used FlashFXP and went to either x,y,z folder found that particular map (cache0003.map for example) used the ppfs then compressed it with map editor 1.2.1 calculated the total and made sure it was divisible by 2048 with no remainders. Then went back into the folder that held the original map and just overwrote it with the new map.
