I don't see any slashes (/'s) in your directory director there... C:/Documents and Settings/Whoever/etc.

And that's an awfully long line to put in. Some dos programs complain when you have long lines or spaces in the file path. Try just putting it in your C drive.

(I'm kidding, obviously. Enjoy. smile.gif )

Edit: Grammar. I'm really overly anal sometimes.

I just downloaded the trial version. Sure, in 24 days I'll be screwed, but I wouldn't be human if I thought that far ahead...

The number one thing to do with bitmaps IMO is to reskin hogs and level textures.

Is it 1 KB, or 18 bytes?

(It will SAY 1 KB in XP, but you need to go to properties to see its actual size.)

If it's 18 bytes you're not using the right offset.

=== INDEX ITEM 617 ===  (0x2340344)
Tag class 0: 'bitm' Bitmap
Tag class 1: ''
Tag class 2: ''
Identifier: 0xE3DD0269
Filename Offset: 37028046 23500CE
Offset: 42174960 28389F0
Raw Offset: 808A33F0
Filename: vehicles/warthog/bitmaps/warthog
=== END INDEX ITEM 617 ===

Blood Gulch NTSC. Use the one in bold.

Edit: I had to re-insert the slashes (/'s). Seems to be something about these forums.

Glad to see you're getting it working. The thing that was wrong was that you were using the normal offsets. You'll need to use the outputs-a quick search on the forums for "outputs" will get you that.

Enjoy.
