Actor files from the PC game?
I don't have the PC game, or I would help.
SORRY!

biggrin.gif  I miss the old training level from the first GR.  Not to mention Stronghold.  I haven't kept up with this thread, but all these added maps are for co-op / quick mission only, right?  Is there a way to add multiplayer maps???  Hmm...well, according to one of your previous posts, it's possible since they don't contain actors or vehicles...  smile.gif  Maybe I'll try it out and report back with the results.  Keep up the awesome work Helios!  You da MAN!

smile.gif  I just haven't replied until now due to my hectic schedule...and Thanksgiving and all.  Anyway, I'll try to import the Iwo Jima level.  Nice work!
Oh yeah, is there a way to import the old Ghost Recon maps into GR:IT?  I guess it could work using the method you just posted...guess I'll try if the Iwo Jima level turns out good.  biggrin.gif

I love the texture idea.  Are the different team colors just pallete swaps or are they different textures all together?

Cheers!

sad.gif Iforgot to back up all my Xbox files and just replaced some needed files and now it will not boot... I will have to go hire it again... I will go tomorrow after school and get it. On the way I will also get GR for Xbox as well so I can try and merge them.... Also I think I have found something that might be preventing maps to be loaded... I was looking at the IWO Jima radarhill.mis file and I saw that in every line that had a new actor being put onto the map it would have IgorId = "XX" ScriptId = "XX" (XX as being the script and IgorID)... So I looked at the strings file which is located in the shell DIR.... I noticed that the Strong file from the pc version was different from the Xbox version.... This means you need to first find out what the pc ID's are meant to be.... You then look at the strings file from the Xbox and see which line in the Xbox strings is the same as the strings in the pc version..... Here is the strings list for the GR pc version

see each line is a new number for the .mis ScriptID's e.g. say the ScriptID was number 33 it would mean that it was looking for text on the 33 rd line of the strong file too see what it needs to do in the mis file.... Hope this makes sense... Anyway I am really tired and I need some sleep.... Don't worry my problem will be fixed tomorrow biggrin.gif see ya guys
