i just downloaded a trainer for halo, but it says i need to patch the file that came with the download to the default.xbe file so

first off, which default.xbe file is he talking bout?

second off how do i patch it to that file?

ok, i found the default.xbe file to patch, but how do i patch the trainer to it (do i need a certain program)?

... uhm, the top oof the page where u get the trainers from has the injector...
