no Map Modifier allows users to input offsets and identifies which modify that offset. So u could actually put in Pal Offsets into it

Install The Visual Basic Runtime Files (Search for them on www.google.com)
They are not illegal so don't worry

The link on the front page is dead, and since it's not built with the XDK can someone else post a link to another download location. I checked the "Usual places" but they dont usually host the files that arent illegal.
