How does banshinject work?  I am unable to create a tga that I can open.
Photoshop gives me some error about not being able to 'parse the file'.
Can you give me an example using this item perhaps:
=== INDEX ITEM 156 ===  (0x233C9A4)
Tag class 0: 'bitm' Bitmap
Tag class 1: ''
Tag class 2: ''
Identifier: 0xE210009C
Filename Offset: 37008633 234B4F9
Offset: 40636160 26C0F00
Raw Offset: 8072B900
Filename: characterscyborgbitmapscyborg multipurpose
=== END INDEX ITEM 156 ===

The premise of a texture injector sounds good.  Thanks for releasing it.

you would type:

banshinject -x 40636160 cyborg_multi.tga

That works for me.  I'm having trouble editing and reinjecting.  After I save the tga as a dds and re-open it, part of the image is missing.  I think I may have installed the photoshop plugin wrong or incompletely.  Good luck.  Let me know how it goes.

Thanks.  (I guess it's all about using the right offset!)
I've got the tga now, but I'm running into that same problem.  It seems that it loses a good portion of the image after being saved as a dds.

if i understand ur problem right:
when u save as dds and reload that lets u see and edit the mipmaps too, if u dont the texture in game looks really funky... that black/blank space ur seeing is jsut that, blank and unused. what u should see is the main texture and then mini textures half the size (the mip maps) if what im describing doesnt sound like ur problem, reply with what ur trying to extract and ill try it myself.

i ran into this problem... took me a lil bit but i figured out what was going on...

make sure when converting from targa you have generate mipmaps selected, NOT use existing mipmaps.
