You could just bump into a character that is on the team that you want to be on.  If you throw a Master Chief out, that Master Chief is on your team.  So you can have someone else bump the thrown MC, and then he will be on your team.

it would be cool to do this with out the bump hack cuz then when someone was trying to run over you you could just get in the car with them and it could cuz some intresting battles or like anyone can give you a ride its possable for the person to not know you are in the car if you have camo on and no radar
