Convert Pal Save To Ntsc?

I figured this might be the best forum to ask...

I started a game in the pal version of futurama and got pretty far into it. Today I got the ntsc version and, not surprisingly, it doesnt reconginze PAL saves. Since I'd rather like to avoid starting over, is there any way to convert the save so it will work properly? Thanks.
