I used Web Capture on Adobe Acrobat to capture his entire directory tree (full path, short, etc). Two problems with this: it's sloppy and 14.7MB. If anyone could provide hosting, I'd be more than happy to upload it (assuming ya'll are willing to deal with a sloppy PDF).
