Can Ai Use Thrown Vehicles?

I was wondering if an AI Elite could be able to use a gost that you threw?

i never saw them get in
im sure the ones that have the vehicle ai can but i dont know


i have placed wraiths in SC and made ALL enemies some form of elite and they wont get in it so i doubt it but i cant say for sure
