You can't! You can't use ANY vehicles in multiplayer unless they are warthog, ghost, or the tank, that means no PELICANS, WRATHS, or BANSHEES. Unless you hardcode them into the game, which would take some time!!!

And yes it would be cool, but it has been discussed several... times and that you can't add any vehicles other than warthog, ghost, or the human tank. So please stop asking.
