Changing Weapon Respawn Intervals

i forgot to mention this.  In the case of the hog in hang em, i really wouldn't want it refresh at all, so i am looking to change that interval to 0, or no refresing at all, just like a scenery class item.

another idea i had was to put the invisble where the sniper rifle is, that way, its hader to get, and maybe refresh it every two minutes.

well, i know we will figure out the time thing soon.  If u want night games, you have to change the bitmaps, lighting values, etc.  using theoutput files, i have made hang em high in the dark, so if u can already hack a cache file, u need to study the output files and experiment
