No Video Green Light Flashes Once.

Ive been having some trouble with my xbox recently.  I did a tsop flash with 4981 and I started using evox.  It worked fine for awhile but recently will not boot up at all. All it does is the fans start spinning and the front light flashes once and then stays lit. Anybody know a solution to this? I also have been using the high def pack with the higher resolutions.
