yea i hope so too because some people keep complaining about the app because they dont know what to do and they think it will do it for them well this should give them some faith so that they can stop complaining and go do some modding

Power scale, as with other parts.
As it says, inertia. Affects how quickly the turbo respools, especially after shifts.
Maximum boost, roughly in bar, affected by power scaling. Note that the amount of power produced IS affected by the amount of boost.
IIRC relates to how quickly the turbo spools.

This file is my turbo level 3 for the Eagle Talon, ends up with a very laggy 800hp, only spools fully to ~2.9bar by fifth.

I've modded the Cars.ca2 file and have the put the ModCars.ca2 in the Cabs folder and patched the XBE but it just hangs at the loading screen. This is a PAL Forza BTW.

EDIT: I also put the ModCars.dat with the ca2 file

ModCars.ca2 actually goes in the game's root folder, the same place as the xbe. ModCars.dat is only used by the editor.
