viewing other peoples custom cars can take time - you have to allow them to download fully otherwise you won't see anything

i haven't played this game much on kai but i remember hearing that you have to sit in the lobby for awhile and it will send the skins to the other players, theirs a progress bar .. thats what i read , it could be wrong ..

Yes, there's a progressbar hidden in the category image... Look closely, you'll see getting black and back to the image.
