The standard decals are stored in a custom format on the game disk in the file \media\decals.bin.

So, if your burning your own DVD-RW, It'll be D:\media\decals.bin.
Or, if you've Forza running from HDD, it's likely to be F:\Games\Forza\media\decals.bin.

Hmm, forzacustoms.info seems to be closed.  I am really looking forward to adding custom decals to my car, but I don't know where to find your program now.  Are there any other download sites?

Oh, and also, these cars ARE usable on Live you said?

Put the forzabin tools in a folder called forza on the desktop. Along with the bin.

Go to:
Start > Run > CMD

Type:
CMD

Once thats loaded type:
cd desktop
then
cd Forza

Now type in the name of forzabintools.exe or whatever it is. And if im not mistaking itll give you a list of options.

Put the forzabindump in a folder called forza on the desktop. Along with the bin file.

Go to:
Start > Run > CMD

Type:
CMD

Once thats loaded type:
cd desktop
then
cd Forza

Type:
forzabindump.exe decals.bin

Im guessing you want the decals.

No need to convert. Download a free trial of photoshop and you can save it as a .tga file.
