tested it few mins ago on a live box w/ retail forza

and a modded box with game ripped to hdd.. connected to live, still sync'd np.. hopefully an autoupdate doesnt come out for this kickass feature

if you push the black button on the other xbox (rear view) you can get a tv like angle, like when your watching a race on tv. good for makeing videos of your race

if you used the hdd copy on live, dont you get banned

Yes

He means that you can have all the alternate views on modded Xboxes, while you play on Live from your retail disc without mod.

The alternate views do not actually connect to Live, so it makes no difference if they are modded or not.

You get banned for running on any BIOs other then the original M$ BIOs. But obviously you need a hacked BIOs to save and run games from the HDD.

edit: Live has been mentioned a few times....does this REQUIRE Live to work, or can it be used offline?

To answer my own question, it works fine offline. It also kicks major ass. I can see this being really cool at LAN parties, where we can have Forza tournaments with the "replay cam" up on a large screen.
