Apparently not all decals are available on all cars.

See the two images below.

Note the images for decals003.tga & decals004.tga arent presented for this car.
(decal002.tga is the "Abflug" logo, but my thumbnail program makes it look black on black as it ignores the alpha channel

In order for my 'mosaic' tile approach to be workable, it's
important to be able to predict which decals are going to be available
for any given car (or an individual necessary tile may be missing).

It's not a show stopper, simply an inconvenience - Im looking into it now.
