are the games in the hard drive?
can you ftp to the xbox?
are you familiar with the contents of the your pcsxbox folder?
do you know the difference between and HLE and BIOS?
it could be something as simple as you're trying to load too many games under HLE, and not BIOS. load up a game by pressing X instead of A. in that menu, you'll see an option up top where you can choose HLE or BIOS. pick BIOS, and that might help...if you have BIOS.
