Please help/

I tried finding a faq for surrealxxx but no luck, so i will ask here. I can not get surreal to read my roms. It was working (i use avalaunch) just fine and then i transferred my emulators folder to my F drive, and it still worked. But when i tried to add roms, it stopped working, going only to a black screen.


I have tried changing the surreal.ini files to reflect the new rom path but am getting lost over and over again.

should i be using / or \ in the path? should it just be the drive letter slash Roms? or the full path?

am i better off leaving it on the e drive?

and why is it not fixing it when i reinstall surreal?


i know lots of people have had this problem because i have read lots of posts but none of the recomendations fixed my issue.


any help appreciated.
